You are spot on here! Saw all three shows in Stockholm and was hoping for something different last night.

So many in the audience that would have been over the moon if a shift as you describe would have taken place.

Stockholm part III had been better with
The River, Because the Night, The Ties That Bind, Murder Inc, Long Walk Home.

Instead the repeat of
Death to my Hometown, Waitin’ on a Sunny Day, Radio Nowhere, The Rising..

Personally Sherry D also could have been there last night. But hey, seen with this bigger picture on 3 shows. Stockholm was rather a m a z i n g.

It’s simple, this was a show to 60,000. Arena shows will have more challenging material. This was a show for the masses.

As you say , The Wild… probably isn’t possible in a stadium, but since the Turku shows are indoors perhaps we’ll get it there. I sure hope so!

I noted that in the introductions in Sydney on Friday night, Bruce omitted to introduce Roy. Perhaps the lack of introductions for anyone in Melbourne on Sunday was to counter balance this omission?

No longer a mystery. One of the roadies discreetly gives it to a random fan at the end of a concert. I know because it happened to a friend.
Bruce is such an incredible guy – he doesn’t keep them for himself but makes someone’s year!!

Your point 2 is weak. Even if we have not had it live here we have access to almost 40 years history of the song, plenty of youtube and online recordings. Bottom line is we are rubbish crowd participants. If you sing along you get abused, if you stand up you get threatened.

Steve Van Zandt never came on the Born in the USA tour with Nils a late replacement. Whatever the task Nils is up for it

And it was a big musical loss!! All went downhill without Stevie, and uphill after he came back in ’99.
